Charles Stephens is a CYA Certified instructor.  He is a retired professor who has a background with over 50 years sailing. Charles built his first boat when he was 11 years old. Sailing has been a very important part of his life from the time he was 7 years old. He developed a sailing program at the Encinal Yacht Club for juniors and taught a good number of youngsters how to sail. When Charles was 18 years old he campaigned a 28 foot sloop on San Francisco bay and won the Season Championship in his class.

Charles has done local cruising on the Sunshine Coast, Gulf Islands and Desolation Sound. In 2000 he cruised down the West Coast from Gibsons to San Francisco aboard a 41 foot cutter.

Deborah Stephens has been sailing for 20 years but her real shining point is her cooking. If you should decide to have one of her gourmet meals aboard, anchored in one of the near by coves you will not be disappointed. Her back ground as a Film coordinator has left her with the management skills to provide a truly marvelous dining and sailing experience.
